Went out with Captain Lou for a 4 hour trip. He immediately told me of a spot that should have some luck. And first cast, BAM - fish on. The rest of the day was similar as we pulled in over 20 fish. The trip didn’t go 4 hours as planned, it went closer to 5!! Cannot recommend or thank Captain Lou enough for the great morning

Trip - Half Day Everglades Largemouth and Peacock Bass Fishing Charter on May 4, 2025

Unbelievable trip and even better guide! Not only did we catch a ton of fish Capt Lou was great to interact with. He was great with my boys 11 and 13 and you could tell he has a passion for what he does. Definitely will be back!

I’ve known Capt. Lou for many years. I have fished with him many many times for Peacock bass, bass and saltwater fish. He’s a very passionate guy that loves fishing and having fun. We’ve had great times out on the water catching Lots of fish! 🐟 if you have the opportunity, don’t miss it and go out on the water with Captain Lou and have a great time in the Everglades catching multiple species of fish, especially my favorite the peacock bass. You won’t be disappointed and it’s a great experience to tangle with those Freshwater predators.!

If you’re looking for someone experienced in local conditions with up to date knowledge of current patterns look no further than Capt Lou. I first booked with Capt Lou because of his exclusive use of artificial lures for Pea’s and Largemouth. Being an avid fisherman from the north and new to South Florida Capt Lou offered exactly what I was looking for in a guide. Our first trip out was with my son, which btw this was my son’s first trip ever. Capt Lou took my son under his wing and taught him the basics of casting, target spots and lure presentations all the while displaying great patience with a new beginner, which allowed me to do my own thing form the back of the boat. I have introduced friends and family to Capt Lou and every single outing has been nothing less than extraordinary with lots of shared knowledge, laughs and of course a ton of fish in the boat.
